The eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for growing the business by improving end-to-end processes, focusing on CX, conversion and retention rates, and eCommerce platforms.
SALARY: $50k-70K DOE
- 2+ years of relevant experience including direct oversight of an e-commerce store
- Experience with Amazon Marketing Services
- Skilled in creating, managing, and perfecting product listings on Amazon
- Understanding and ability to navigate Amazon’s systems
- Strong hands-on experience in daily eComm execution and process optimization
It's a plus if you also have:
- Experience managing digital media campaigns and vendors/partnerships (i.e., Facebook, Google)
- Experience using social platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords) and digital analytics to drive performance
