Marketing Coordinator

Venn is looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join an innovative and emerging fin-tech company. In this role, you will help support marketing & communications efforts and ensure brand consistency and maximize exposure.

Salary:$40-60K

• Assist in marketing collateral creation with  agency partners including: reviewing advertisements and marketing messages to ensure they follow brand guidelines
• Providing and consolidating internal feedback to help maintain creative execution project schedules and timelines
• Working with the marketing team to create memorable industry events
• Manage and organize all creative assets and versions in DAM solution
• Manage creative and legal asset reviews
• Create meeting agendas for weekly inter-agency team meetings
• Create and distribute meeting notes and document next steps
• Monitor agency deliverables and deadlines to ensure all projects are delivered on time
• Create project plans that outline dependencies
  

• Passionate about crypto
• Strong marketing foundation
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Strong relationship builder with both internal and agency partners – a true team player
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Bachelor’s Degree
